ORder process & Processing Times
Please select your invitation and quantity needed from the drop down menu and add to cart. Once your payment is processed, we will be notified of your order. Our current turnaround time is approximately under 2 business days to receive your proof. Your proof will be sent to the email on file for approval. Please watch for your proof and approve promptly, as prints are not shipped without your approval. Upon approval, printing will be begin and your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer FREE shipping within the United States only. We do offer shipping to Canada and internationally, however, you will first need to contact us for a shipping quote. Please note that with international orders, we cannot provide tracking information after it leaves customs.
Standard-shipped orders will take only 5-7 business days to reach you after approval. Typically sooner.
Proofs and revisions
We do NOT have a limit on revisions needed, however, we can not ship your order until it is approved by you. Once approved, no further edits can be made as the printing process may have already taken place. Please proofread ALL wording as we are not responsible for any text errors after approval and will not provide any refunds for customer approval errors. There is an upcharge for design changes and should be approved prior to purchase.
All invitations are printed at 5x7 inches and come with standard, white A7 envelopes, unless specified otherwise in the product description. RSVP inserts are 3.5x5 inches, unless specified and also come with free envelopes. If you would like your invitation printed another size, please contact us prior, however, we do not offer envelopes for any other sizes. Upcharges may apply.
We offer discounts for non-profit organizations including schools, churches, and other charities. Please message us prior to purchase and we will create a custom order for you.
Voucher Offers & Promo Codes
You can use either one voucher or one promo code per transaction - discount offers cannot be combined. Please note that, unless otherwise stated, a promo code discount replaces any entire site discount. Sale amounts cannot be added together.
How to Submit EVENT DETAILS AND Photos
Please submit all event information and photos along with your order number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after purchase. We cannot begin the personalization process until we receive your information and photos. We prefer high resolution, 300dpi or higher photos for best print quality. Please note that the quality of your print will be determined by the quality of photo you send. Please contact us with any questions or feel free to email us your photo to evaluate. We are happy to help determine if the photo is acceptable for printing.
Color Matching and custom designs
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor has different color calibration, and your order may or may not be the exact color variations that you see on your monitor. If you are concerned about the coloring, please request a hard copy proof to be mailed to you for your approval before your entire order is printed. There is a $4.00 fee for a hard copy proof.
We can also color match most invitations to your wedding colors or theme. Please provide us with a photo swatch to color match. David's Bridal and other designers often offer a hex code that we can also use to color match! We love these!
Please note that designs with a glitter effect are just that, an effect. This is simply a graphic design element that prints to resemble glitter and does not include actual glitter.
